When I joined the EcoZLounge project, it has already some development generated, Conceptualized by José in collaboration with the existing team, I've join the project by helping on animating the models and the visuals for the CCA 2018.
Rapid Prototyping for Complex Challenges
After the acceptance of the original concept, i've assisted my colleague Rodolfo (Product PM) on the engineering development of the concept, we created multiple Rapid Prototypes to understand the compliance Mechanisms and develop a feasible (manufacturable) solution.
The Prototype
We've chosen an existing prototype seat as baseline to implement some of the department's multiple innovations, in it the Eco Z lounge, the following photos were the final prototype created to do real testing of the concept and understand challenges and opportunities of this product feature.
